SMOKE FREE and PET FREE
We ask for a verifiable income stream three times the rent. We ask for a good credit rating and good references from current and previous landlords. Applications must qualify without the benefit of a co-signer. We are seeking permanent tenants with a six-month minimum, however our agreements are month-to-month. In all cases we furnish water, sewer, and garbage, and the only utility the tenants pay for is electricity (EWEB) which covers the heat, lights, and hot water. Bills usually average between $50-$100 in the winter for a two bedroom and between $40-$60 for our one bedrooms. We also provide on-site laundry. Our Application Fee is $30.00 and our Security Deposit is $500.00. Prospective renters are invited to drive by and call back for an appointment to see the interior.
